Perfumes are non - returnable products.
Returns / replacement will be only accepted for product received are damaged/ defective by the customer.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for returned, undelivered, unclaimed and packages that are refused. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. The only exception to this is if we have made a shipping error.
For Refunds, payment will be made by NEFT/IMPS/PAYTM transfer after deducting associated transaction fees ( approx. 2.5% ). Customer is required to share bank details in case purchase is made by Cash on Delivery.
Perfume samples/decants are strictly non-returnable as those are extracted from full bottles for trial / travel / partial use purposes.
